I have taken all 3 of these of these benzo's
Ativan - 6mg Discontinued
Klonopin - 6mg Currently
Restoril - 30mg CurrentlyThe effects of each differ, ill explain.
Ativan (Lorazepam) is mellow, it eases some mental agitation and psychical. You feel sort of a relief, but in a more gentle sense. I was 2mg X 3 daily. It didnt help much becuase my nerves back then where off the scale. It doesnt really produce any other effect such as mood increase, it does relieve irrtiblity, but not mental chaos. I belive Ativan was marketed in 1973
Klonopin is a mentally potent benzo, it makes me depressed it so strong. 2mg will calm you down, 5mg will make near uncousiousness. During a panic it will shut down somethings, it makes your mood back to normal, which if you took it while not having one, it would make you feel down. It must depress transmission some center in the brain that others dont. Klonopin is Ok, somepeople hate it, but it does calm highly agitated states that Ativan doesnt. Klonopin was marketed in 1975.
Temazepam is mainly a sleeping pill. It is moderaly potent, it will make you more drunk like and mood elevated. It does help some with panic attacks, but its not really the choice becusae it has more hynotic propties. I dont know when it was marketed but it is a ok medication.
This is just some inforation provided to let you know what to expect out of these. Well from my experience.
