This could be used more frequently for depression and bipolar. I found it to be relaxing, not too sedating, and no effect (positive or negative) on cognitive function. Anyone else have good or bad responce, any sides?

too sedating, inpatient psychiatrist thought it was helping, i thought it was making things worse

picamilon like many other gaba type drugs originated in russia. it is available as a dietary supplament in the u.s. read up on it, it does everything it says it does. and safely, side effects are not evident.
