Does Ensam affect glutamate or gaba in any way? I know the MAO-a works on serotonin and MAO-b works on norepinephrine and dopamine, but do either of them have any effect on glutamate or gaba? Also wondering about effects on PEA?
Thanks.

I dont believe it affects the gaba system,i believe the only reason nardil even did was due to its metabolite, but could certainly be wrong.
I do know however i read a lot about deprenyl affecting, thus raising PEA levels, but on the flip note i remeber reading HERE that raising those all the time isnt always a good thing.
Like a pound of chocalte, might make ya hyper and jittery i suppose?GOOgle deprenyl, pea levels.

Surely there is an interaction, at an indirect level, on glutamate via catecholamines? I.e. an increase in dopamine increases glutamate? I honestly am not sure.
