I just started taking Effexor again. I'm on my first week of 37.5. The first 3-4 days I felt very relaxed, almost stoned. It was a much needed improvement over my crazy moods. And it really works for the depression and mood swings.
But now, I don't get that relaxed feeling anymore. It's almost time for me to move up to the 75mg dose. Maybe that will help?
Also - I have a hard time sleeping at night so I am taking Trazodone to sleep.
Will Effexor make me hyper? Do I need a mood stablizer to sleep?

Try and find the effexor thread and post it there where everyone one is on effexor. You will probably get more responses there. Love Phillipa
