You can now report adverse drug reactions to the FDA online. (anybody, not just doctors). I reported the horrible eye problems I had from Emsam. Cecilia

FDA Medwatch program gathers/accepts the reports of adverse events in the case of meds or medical devices and accepts such reporting by consumers or medical professionals.
