I just replaced Xanax XR with Klonopin, and have developed profound depression (presumably from the switch to Klonopin). I am currently also taking 300mg of Tramadol for severe, treatment-resistant OCD. I wanted to know if there would be any possible interaction between Tramdadol and Lamictal if I were to add the latter to help with the depression. Unfortunately, my doctor is adamant that I not call him in-between appointments (I know, I know, time to get a new doctor), and so I am on my own until I see him in another week. Thanks in advance.

I take Klonopin and Lamictal which is perfectly fine, but clearly Tramadol is the one you're concerned about. If you had any doubt about those two though, you don't have to worry about that.

I wonder if a Dr. Bob google search would yield any posts or old threads? Love Phillipa
