Help me before ultradian drives me overboard

Okay no antipsychotics, no lithium, no depakote, no lamictal. I'm on tegretol now and depressed and cycling like crazy. But of course I'll give it a few more weeks and see how it goes. Any thoughts? Combinations? Suggestions?

I'M LOSING IT.
