My wife has bipolar. Takes 20 mg lexapro, 200 mg lamictal. Still has some manic episodes. Would she be better off lowering lexapro? I haave heard ssri meds can make it worse...

It really took me over the edge. That's why I'm on Abilify and lamictal only. Lamictal 300mg and Abilify 20mg.
