Hi,
Ive noticed that after 27 days of taking 50mg at night I have begun waking up at 4am, but most oddly my jaw has been aching. It seems that where my upper and lower jaw meet near ear my ear lobe, that Im getting a popping/cracking noise around 4am when I awake. Its putting a strain on my left side of my jaw..
anyone ever experienced this without 5htp as a result?
