I was on paxil for 5 yrs did very well with me I took 40 mgs it does take 6 to 8 weeks to reach its full potential so you have to hang in there. Suebird

I was started at l0mg of paxil with xanax and 25mg of lopressor as anxiety so bad. It really made me sick. I think it was three months before I felt better. First and only one that ever did any good. Couldn't go higher too much aggitation. Phillipa
