Does anyone have any suggestions on what can help get rid of this dry mouth from Adderall? I've tried Gatorade,Pedialyte and Biotene mouthwash. Nothing helps!! Suggestion greatly appreciated.

eating frequently and chewing gum are the only things I've found to be even remotely helpful.

There is such a thing as saliva substitute so you can ask your doc about this, my doc suggested it to me but it sounded too gross. I reduced my level of Nortriptyline and the problem went away.

Funny you mentioned saliva solution, so did my pdoc. I was all ready to try it until I read an article on the net that said saliva solution was no more effective than chewing gum, accept gum tastes better...lol

I take Salagen for dry mouth It is a little strange but I got really bad cavities from dry mouth at night. I had no spit at all in my mouth a take a couple of medications adderall being one of them.
The salagen really works it was weird to have spit after being without for so long.
I drink water alot but am thirsty/dry again the minute I swallow, its annoying!
