Well the other day went back to my p-doc and he decided to switch me back over to paxil since I was still not doing great on the zoloft, He rolled me from 100mgs to 40 mgs of Paxil has anyone else out there has roll from one med to the other without weaning off the p-doc said I should do just fine would like to hear from others that have done this. Im still on the zyprexa too will stay on that for while longer until the paxil is in my system real good just hopwe the paxil will work as well as it did before I had surgery, but the p-doc said being off of it for a while it usually works great when u go back on it. Please let me know your experences. Thank You Suebird

I've rolled from Zoloft to Paxil, Paxil to Zoloft, Zoloft to Lexapro, with no problems..I think it's because they're in the same "family" of drugs that you can do this..I was scared the first time I had to do it, but it was okay..hope this helps suebirds...

Docs have always rolled me from one SSRI to another. Only problem either side effects or don't work for me. Phillipa
