What's the safest way to taper off of 160mgs of geodon? Of course by 20mgs, but how many days apart? Has anyone tapered off of Geodon?

Every 5 days reduce by 20mg. I was on 160mg of geodon and tapered off at the same rate.

When I stoped geodon, I just quit all at once. 240mg a day to nothing, no problems, just felt great.
