Im asking maybe i should go on Lamicatal or something for its calming effects. Zyprexa does keep you pretty calm..... But at the same time i need to help me focus, and someone said Abilify could help with this.
I dont want some to calm me down i wake up. Rather, coffee.

Fan if you're nervous you don't want coffee. Seems like I'm feeling the same way too today and don't like it at all. I go back to bed but that is quitting. Love Phillipa

Coffee is an interruptor in anxiety generated sleep disorders -- its not advised to use it, and if you have to, only a small amount per day.
I've woken up from evening naps with a nervous shaky feeling and my gastrointestinal system upset. Its just my nature. I have a complicated affect disorder (anxiety and depression and somatoform NOS, etc.)Sometimes not everything comes in a pill. Natural methods of slowly stabilizing the sleep cycle by forcing yourself to go to bed earlier (mea culpa), work much better in the long run.

no more, well i drink alot of Green Tea, and i know that it has caffine-like ingrietinets in it.
I cut out energy drinks, those are man made, there horrible! anxiety, panic, and it was really dumb of me to tell my pdoc that i drink energy drinks because he said i dont want you drink those with Dexedrine. But still i was flat out- HONEST with him about everything, didnt hide a thing. Didnt quite turn out so good...
sorry i rant on....
