Do the sexual side effects of this drug go away after continued use, or no?

Upon reading that Neurontin has a 5 hour half-life and I'm only taking it at bedtime, it seems unlikely that problems I'm having at roughly the same time the next night (about 24 hours later) would be related to the N.
But the timeframe is right and Emsam is the only other thing I take - and I haven't had any sexual problems even on a higher dose than I am on now. WTF?
