Just curious. Has it come back if it fell out? How much did you lose?
Thanks!

I had what I'd call heavy shedding from Lamictal. No bald spots, but I was cleaning my hair brush several times a week.
As soon as I stopped taking it, my hair resumed its normal growth. But as long as I took it, I was losing it pretty quickly.Oh, and the same thing happened on Topamax.

I lost maybe twice as much hair as usual for the first 3 months or so. Nothing alarming. After that, I think my hair started growing back. I'm still on 300mg, which I've been on for almost 2 years, and my head is normal.

I have taken Lamictal for years, at various doses, and I have never experienced any hair loss or shedding. In fact, I have very thick hair. The main side effects I have with Lamictal are night-sweats and rashiness/itchiness.
