Well, I find myself having to machine-gun fire pills at this evil mental illness, not just recklessly though. There always seems to be a need for a tweak here or there, and sometimes a major overhaul. I have no problem with that, though, as it is partly the 'sweet miracle' that brought me to being better. It's tricky, though....very very tricky, sneaky...ugghhh. A zillion volts of pain in between. I am actually not in the best of states right now, so I wouldn't mind hearing from some folks. 5-6-7??..heck any number! Bring it on!

> Jay :)Ahhh, look who's strayed to this side of town. I'm an expert in this dept too. But I do recall asking for "social advice" we'll call it, and well...But being the nice and generous girl that I am, here's what brought me out of MDD (hating life depression):
80mg Parnate
60mg RitalinAs soon as I got a PDoc experienced with using these meds (he's got 10 years) He had me in complete remission I'd say in two weeks? I'd already been on Parnate for a while, just too low dose, without an augment. I believe Parnate needs an augment to fully work. So there's my cocktail.
Hope you find something that works for you ;-)

TRD cocktails:
Milnacipran solo.
Milnacipran + Risperdal duet.
Milnacipran + Zyprexa duet.
Prozac + Zyprexa + Ritalin + Lunesta quartet.
Parnate solo.
Any SSRI or SNRI + Abilify duet. Why did I list Milnacipran? Well, failing all SSRIs and SNRIS, and then failing a full 12 sessions of bilateral ECT, Milnacipran worked! I can't tell you why or how based on what is said about it on paper. Whatever we know about it is very incomplete. The drug has great potential when dosed high enough for long enough, and shows clear improvement as early as week 1 with many people.
The prozac+zyprexa thing is well researched for TRD. Add Ritalin to that and you got one powerhouse anti-depression cocktail. Prozac+Zyprexa+Adrafinil actually had me as close to well as I could get on an SSRI, pretty good, for several years until I started smoking pot and ruined it all.

Prozac 80mg - ok, but itdoes not cause "interactive" change, it slowly works. Somepeople who have emotional, pasts, it can make that problem worse.
Dexedrine 60mg Spansule, I have to take 2 15mg Spansules in the morning, which is 30mg, the way it releases 15mg, then 3 hours after it metabolizes, the 2nd half is released, but is released more slowly.
It just depends on, what condition present. I can't tell, i change.....there have been sometimes, i will take dexedrine (1st dose), i go back to sleep. You know, sometimes "Christ talks to me, his foundation for life" or "Satan get behind me, i feel like s*h"i^t' don't need anymore from you"
Showing 2 opposite feelings, which have diffrent levels of feelings. And this is metaphoric...in whatever you want to interpret it.Dexedrine + Prozac is good, because both med's increase the potency of eachother.
Seroquel - ugh my gosh, it's "dissociate", heck yes it will make life's interpreation (negative look) go away, but it's "throazined, stoned". Yet, it helps others. Zyprexa was the best, nueroleptic took for stablization, but stopped it because of "bloowin up in wieghts" seriously....
Just a have Hurricane, scotch or something. Alcohol makes another person seriously too.
