I'm really curious about how you optimize diet and nutrition.

Thanks
Zana

Big question, I know.

oh, sometimes i think its pretty simple. feel like i'm reposting the same list. anyway,

first off don't eat crap, like sugar, corn/soy/'vegetable' oil, fried stuff, white flour (including most 'multigrain bread'), white rice, milkfat. and limit animal fat unless its grass-fed. limit total grain intake to moderate amounts.

ok, then eat mostly healthy stuff. like vegetables, fruit, nuts (almonds, pistachios, macadamia, are the best...), legumes, fish. fats should be a few g of w-3, then mostly w-9, preferably olive oil. some saturate fat from mct ie coconut milk is ok too. limit total carbs depending on activity level. get enough protein, 1g/lbs if doing lots of exercise. some tea, dark chocolate, wine. a word on cooking: you need food taht tastes good. cultivating palate that enjoys various flavors is a good way to counteract natural tendency to eat fatty/salty/sweet things. so, lots of spices. also, don't boil veggies, lightly steam, or cook in a sauce you'll eat like a curry.

if eating well, multivitamin is more for insurance. 2-5kIU of vitamin D3, blood test if possible. vitamin k2 (probably mk-7, although the research is kind of new here).

magnesium i'm not aware of any downsides, just make sure its not carbonate unless you are constipated; 500mg/day, although good diet gets a lot, of course most people end up not eating good diet. does lithium count here? humans need some level of it, and maybe 5-20mgs elemental. sort of on the border of nutrition and pharmaceutical. maybe 20mg zinc/day too. 1-2g of calcium, should be easy to get from food.

B-vitamin complex especially folate, and potentially methylfolate.

i think thats it...hm i included some general 'health' stuff, not narrowly tailored to psycho effect...
