for those unaware, this drug is a NSRI antidepressant available in Europe, called Ixel (milnacipran), and has recently been approved in the US for the treatment of Fibromyalgia. Forest Labs is also working on developing a single enantiomer version of this drug for depression (ph III).

To me it sounds a lot like effexor and cymbalta but those are approved for depression if so why isn't Savella ie: Ixel? Phillipa
