Someone I know personally started parnate in her twenties and had at least a good twenty year run with it until she decided to go off. Now I have this impression that younger people do better with it.
Has anyone here started parnate at a later age (I'm 50) and have success?

How well do you sleep?
Younger people sleep better generally, and might therefore tolerate it better.

Floatbridge that's a great question. And the insomnia is one also. I'll be interested to see what others say. Love Phillipa

Thank you for your responses--I really appreciate it. Sleeping has always been a problem--I'm hoping I can take my usual sleep aides....and I've heard, here and from my other post that older populations can use parnate with success.
