I went from seroquel to zyprexa last friday and last night i hardly slept a wink. The first couple nights I slept well why would I suddenly have trouble sleeping? Any insights? I'm on a 5mg dosage of zyprexa (4 days now). I also take 10mgs of paxil in the am.

Switching immediately from seroquel was the doseage higher than the equivalent of the 5mg zyprexa? Phillipa
