Hello posters
Do you half to be slow and easy when you dose down on seroquel or is there room to move.I am 750 mg which makes it hell to get out of bed Iwould like to go to 600 mg and see if that helps with weight and sedationthanks cee

You can jump down from 750 to 600 without titrating. Its going up that requires titration.
