Hi J
Sycrest has been approved in the EU for bipolar mania, but it hasn't been launched yet. Could be several months?

I don't know. It's been approved for use in bipolar disorder - manic episodes. It was rejected as a treatment for schizophrenia.

The European Medicines Agency (EMEA) examined the data submitted by the manufacturer. They concluded that the data was insufficient to demonstrate that Sycrest was effective for schizophrenia. So yes, it was rejected as a treatment for schizophrenia, but was accepted for manic episodes in bipolar disorder.

I think that is good idea. Just because is has been rejected for schizophrenia, doesn't mean that it won't work. When are you going to start taking the med?

> this is a hard life, thinking of giving upI hope the glycine helps you. Do you know how much to take? I have to look it up. I know it's an alternative med, so it might take a while to get the right dosage. I have heard that Abilify can cause a lot of anxiety. Isn't it crazy? You take one med to help and then causes more problems.
I know you are leading a hard life. I think it is normal that at times you just want to give up. I have moments like that as well. But don't give up yet. You still haven't tried all of your options yet.
Hang in there.

Hey there, just wondering how you are doing. Is everything ok? Have you noticed any difference with being on the lower dosage of Seroquel? I hope it helps you.
Take care.
