Have any of you tried Hyland's Nerve Tonic for anxiety? I just tried it about 30 mins ago and it really seems to work. It's a homeopathic stress reliever/nerve tonic that's supposed to calm you down without sedating you and so far, it seems to be really helping.
You take 2 tablets sublingually up to 3 times a day and at bedtime. A bottle of 32 is about $8.50.

Many believe homeopathy to be a treatment with no scientific backing that merely has a placebo effect.
I have to believe there is something to it, though I understand why there is so much skepticism about it. I'm glad this treatment is helping you.

They used to make something called Calms Forte that I found helpful. I love that company. They make the best cure for leg cramps.

Well, it's not as effective as a benzo, but if/when you've taken your daily benzo limit and you still have anxiety, you may find it a helpful addition.
I have their Calm Forte as well, though it's been so long since I've taken it that I don't honestly remember whether it did anything. I think their natural leg cramp remedy contains quinine, the same stuff found in tonic (the drink mixer). I've never actually tried it for leg cramps, but I hear it works well.
