Do you know what is the best way to take neurontin? I mean , 3 times daily , 2 times..
mornings or night?What would you consider a High Neurontin dose..
I started with 300mg/day but I think I have become tolerant... Im taking in this moment 1500mg in the morning and other 600 mg in the afternoon . I have had the necesity to keep increasing my dose to feel sometg}hing good and I think Im gonna keep doing it
How high I can do this? 6000mg/day ?
Maybe I need a higher Dose and Im gonna be good with that ... yes maybe that is my solutionAny thougths?

nuerontion,or i recomend personaly the genric GABPENIN,is a med i did some research on.
Its a very safe med,first it plays nice when combined with most other meds,second they have yet to find a lethal dose yet,as you know this is a dose they find that can kill someone,and gabpenintin just doesent seem to have one.
I find the lower doses horrable,and enjoy the larger doses.One reason is and maybe i shouldent on my own but since the higher doses are tabs,i lots of times just bite off a pieace i think will help.
Alone its to me useless,however when used as a augment at at least 600 to 800 tabs it is a great calming augment.
In fact it seems at the high dose of 800 to have a synergy with klonopin and most benzos.
The smaller ones,the capsules i get no benifit from,just to note my girl has had times where here seizures were bad and klonopin and gabpentin togther always help.
Its a good med,regardless of the knocking it gets,i dont know why i have no use for actual neurontion,but gabpentin,or why i have no use for the lower doses,i guess were all different.good luck

Yes, you need to keep your hopes down. It is not that useful. I don't know Tep. Won't it make you as silly as a wheel and make you dependent in a way that has an unpredictable outcome?
I use 300mg at night for sleep. Sometimes I take 300 or 600 before social occasions. I would not be comfortable with more.
Anyway, there is some reason I can't remember why higher doses are not better after a certain point.
Tep, it is a terrible thing to say, but how would you feel if you knew that none of these drugs (benzos, gabapentin) will help you much? That is the sad truth, isn't it. It is so sad. You are young and need to be with people and you can't easily do that. But can (for example) you work on gabapentin at these dosages?

And it does need to be combined with a benzo, IMO.

im on gabapentin and i take anywhere from 600mg a day to 1800 i average 12-1500 a day. it all depends on my anxiety level.
however when talking with pdoc when i was first Rx'd this she said that i could take up to 1500 a day. but for other purposes people can take (i think) up to 5000mg a day without any organ damage.
HOWEVER, i caution this. please watch out for redeye or pressure in your eyes as it could give you glaucoma (the acute type) which is very dangerous.so if you keep upping the dose do it slowly (and hopefully with a pdoc watching your back).
