Posted by linkadge on January 14, 2013, at 18:44:19

I have been taking 15mg of remeron + 37.5mg of effexor for a few months now. It has been working.

I also take omega-3 and a full spectrum kiddy dose multivitamin.

hi linkadge-

i'm very interested in you low dose 'california rocket fuel.'

klonopin and remeron are the only meds i felt anything on; klonopin for anxiety and sleep and remeron for sleep and a very slight improvement in mood. i think the improvement came initially from the sleep the rem provided.

can i ask what you mean by 'it has been working?' my depression is very severe; mostly spent in bed, ruminating, bad thoughts, bag hygiene, etc.

are you getting any 'energy' from this combo? less rumination? less anhedonia?

thnx for any response.

glad you are feeling better.

john
