Currently: 1200 Trileptal, 150 Tofranil, 30 Abilify, up to 300 Neurontin.
Try this...
300-400mgs Seroquel xr; 1200 Trileptal; 150 Tofranil; 100-200 lamictal.
Thoughts?

300-400 mgs of Seroquel will not be equivalent to 30 mg Abilify.
200 Lamictal, no less.

Is the Abilify not working anymore? If it is, I would stick with that.
