does klonopin last for 6-8 hours while Ativan lasts 4-6 hours?

Ativan 12 hours i know for sure
I take Klonopin also atm i think its also 12 hourds because i have to take it twice daily

from what i rerember
when i was on clonzapam it lasted for about 4 hours
lorazepam lasted 6 hours, it was longer acting.....i've read various places on the net that klono has a long half life, it only lasted for about 4 hours for me, but i metabolism is diffrent for other peeps

I think it depends on how much you take. If I take .5mg I need to take it every six hours. If I take 2mg it will last me 12 hours. (I'm speaking about Klonopin, I have never taken ativan).
