negative ion therapy

wrote about air ionizers and the negative ions they produce, im studying and cats are really annoying,....on the air ionizer because the cats, and I've already noticed a change in mood, altered feeling. I know this sounds, superficial, im up studying for a test tomorrow, and turned the ionizer on, the cat's.....it has the same effect except stronger now that have this titanium bracelet, i don't know what is happening but feel very diffrent....mood is not really improved, it's not quite a positive effect but i can definitely notice the alteration in awareness, somewhat increased.

Negative ions are good for somethings, the mood, there near waterfalls, you know like going to those big waterfalls, Niagara Falls, it has negative ion energy near it.....so just wanted to write that, there's no all of sudden better state, but it's definitely altered. That's it....like I said, certain air ionizers should not be used in small rooms, creates an ozone effect, too much exposure, could create health problems, long periods are dangerous, don't use large ionizer in a small room

anyways, good night!
