Theres still some hope after the failed Glycine due to side effects

Hi Lamdage22 did you take it from Jarrow Brand and the Sustain pill of 600 mg that lasts 8 hours in the blood instead of the normal NAC, today i felt moments seconds like i was normal again and like i felt on minocycline 50 mg
i dunno if the dose is right!!! it said take it twice daily on the bottle... The nurse also said to build it up slowly:: not 2 grams daily immediatelly for safety reasons... im at 1200 mg daily.
been on it for 3 days now twice daily not even a week to early to tell it will cure the negative symptoms but i do have hope.... all my psychiatrists are notified but one is on vacation now hehestill watching out for side effects
did you have any i hope little to none

Well i think i was kind of aggressive and moody. But this doesnt mean that you will be.

NAC has been indespensible in my cocktail for both OCD and depression. Calms me down greatly.
