I stopped using drugs 7 years ago. None of them worked for after being on them for more than 15 years ( tried all of them SSRIS, SRNI , TCA , MAOI, Benzos , lit, AP , etc)
I wonder if you know new meds for this axienty SP problem . Yesterday I tried a little bit of Xanax and it worked good but I dont want to return to benzos
Any advice?

hi tepi, I don't think anything new has come out in the past few years. Although, you could try a combination like Nardil and a benzo? I don't know, but I remember you've tried a few things. Social anxiety is awful.
Have you tried Lyrica?
