Iirc this antibiotic was also shown to help some with depression. A member here took it with success until he started getting skin discoloration (potential side effect w/ long term treatment).
Anyone else try this for depression/bipolar or even acne? Did it help your mood? I'm interested in the idea that brain inflammation may be the cause of mood disorders in some people.

Took once for skin infection had to stop and switch to topical treatments the side effects were intolerable. Phillipa
