Here is a pretty extensive review of the pharmacology of serotonin 5-HT7 receptors:

Yeah, 5-ht7 antagonists supposedly have antidepressant properties (apparently through some circadian mechanism). I think LSD is a 5-ht7 agonist (as is oleamide). The herb black cohosh also interacts with this receptor (partial agonist)?

I take a small dose of Latuda, 10mg,and it seems to help a bit with mood stabalization. Any higher dose gives me the hee-bee jee-bees...akathasia..inner restlessness.
