I probably already know the answer. I thought some of you who have been around for a while could tell me if this has ALWAYS gone on? Would a person have to have different EMail addresses for each identity they present (register) with or just the same one over and over? Not too difficult to obtain a thousand different addresses with the number of sources to obtain an address with.
Has this always been a problem?
Are there any means to stop this?I find it a bit unsettling and not at all in keeping with how things SHOULD work. It's deceptive and smacks of "game playing".

> Drawbacks [of the message board format], however, are the potential for "multiple identities" and the technical difficulty of effectively preventing determined individuals from gaining at least temporary entry into the group.
