He was talking about how medicine isn't necessary and chemical imbalances aren't real. (I may not be quoting this correctly, but that was how I understood it.) I was trying to lighten the mood.

I'm alright with Dr. Bob's decision. My comment was a way of trying to get a dig into the guy who I was responding to, albeit, not intended in a mean way. I knew after I wrote it that it was questionable. That guy has no way of knowing my personality and the fact I wouldn't intentionly insult someone if I could help it. It actually reaffirms what I'm always saying, this environment is ripe for misunderstanding since we can't see or hear each other, which can make a big difference in the meaning of a statement.
But I appreciate your support!

That thread is in a couple of different places. Weirdly enough, my response and PBC is on Psycho Babble, which I usually never go to. I guess it got redirected. I don't know what made me look there yesterday.

I was thinking that asking if a poster was someone famous who shared their viewpoints wasn't really an insult. I thought they may even consider it flattering. But, considering the recent comments about Tom Cruise were not positive.. yeah I guess I understand.

I'm just glad the dude wasn't insulted and instead found it humerous as I intended it.

"Neether" or "nyther" ?
That reminds me. . . years ago, the flutist, James Galway was a guest on the Johnny Carson show. Johnny Carson asked Galway, "Tell me, is it pronounced "flutist" or "flautist"? Galway replied: "Eether" or "Eyther."

That would be neeeeether neeether neeether, somehow Nyther doesn't have the same effect.
I shouldn't admit these things, I really shouldn't.
Yes, I tried it out..
This is the end of the thread.
