Reregister (for chat only) on the login screen using your regular name and password.
It happens sometimes.

Could you possibly have mistakenly been hitting the "register" box, rather than the "login" box when you tried to reenter the chat?
It's easy to do that-- and I think when I've done that by mistake that's the message I've gotten.
The boxes probably are somehow a little too close, and that's something I often either do or almost do when I login to chat.

it's still say username not found. When I try to register the message says username already exists.

Maybe the chat program has trouble handling more than a certain number of people now? Or maybe the program needs a few tweaks.
It was running extremely slowly last night (ie posted comments and further discussion took 30-40 secs to be visible a few times), and had a few fadeouts. I didn't have to log in again, but the screen went blank several times.
Adrift had to log in about seven or eight times one night.
I also noticed that the last few times, after about 5-6 people were online, the name of the next person to login didn't always show up in the list of participants, either. The person seemed to be in chat, but wasn't listed.

Of course the regular server also seems very slow, and I often am getting a black screen before Babble comes on after a long wait.
