Haven't been on this board for a long time and truly I don't get from what I've read is Dr. Bob no longer a moderator of Babble? Makes no sense to me. The deputies give an incredible lot of themselves but there is only so much they can do is there an answer? Love Phillipa

I don't know what you read, but he has not stepped down or made any other administrative personnel changes recently.
Thanks for your support. It sounds like you feel there should be a larger administrative presence on the board than there has been recently?

I'm the one asking you a question. You said you read somewhere that Bob was no longer the admin. Where did you read that? Or am I misunderstanding your statement. That's not at all outside the realm of possibility.Of course you can ask questions here. I'm not aware of anyone saying you could not. Is there something about my asking you about your post that suggests they might not be allowed?

When I read Phillipa's first post, I thought she was saying that, based on what she's been reading about his prolonged absence, she's not sure IF Bob is still admin. It never occurred to me that she might be saying she'd read specifically that he's NOT admin anymore.
Obviously, I have no idea if she meant one of those things or something entirely different. I'm just trying to point out that her statement could be (and apparently WAS) taken in several different ways.
