I do like that song, though...
I'm around, but busy in off-board life right now so reading less. If you see something to report, do so -- I do read every notification, and react to many of them. And I know that's true of other deputies, too. Once my current crunch eases a bit, I'll be back more.
As for Dr Bob, he's been very busy with deepest, darkest administrative work -- he's been working on the code for this site to make it more effective, more efficient, and more secure. He may not be very visible, but he *is* here.

Just for the record, or for BOB, I guess, I would like to say, that thats NICE he trying to make the place more secure, BUT, it would be SO nice to have him communicate to all of babble that he IS around and working on stuff. He is REALLY bad bout communication.
I think it would NOT take alot of time to cobble together(or have some one do it and he can approve it) a post that says something to the effect of- he IS very busy-he IS working on the babble probs-he will only respond to the most utterly urgent e-mails rtc. In fact maybe he could have a system where if a babbler really needs to get ahold of him badly, mebbe they could get better respose thru a deputy in getting ahold of bob?
I dunno, my brain not in good order at the moment. But i don't think bob needs to be super present here at babble, the deps have managed well, but he needs to SUPPORT clearly those deps. I feel he also needs to take that bit of time to explain to the rest of us a littl ebit about where he is comming from. We do not need detail, but we need somerthing better than NOTHING.
