No support from deputies, from administration.
No response to notifications sent.
My pleas fall on deaf ears or mute keyboards or something.
Is this the new babble, then? Let the dogs maul each other for everyone to watch? No thank you.My babblemail is going off.
Bye now.

May your skies forever remain clear. You no longer have to settle for Partly Cloudy.

Thank you for the support you've given me recently. I selfishly hope you'll return soon, but I know how painful it can be to get into conflict with posters here and feel unsupported by the admin. Sometimes support groups just don't feel supportive.

It's raining in my heart, but I know that when next we meet there will be a rainbow.

I don't know what was the case with ClearSkies, but i have observed a lack of feedback from other members.
I don't know if this happens only to me and if this is the result of me not being liked by others, but most of my recent threads are almost being ignored. I remember that when i first came here, the users of this forum where much more responsive than they are now.
I hate it.

There just aren't as many users. Traffic has dropped off immensely. I think people aren't finding Babble as much as before.

I'm very sorry that you're feeling discouraged about the community. I know this hasn't been a very encouraging post, but I wanted you to know that others have experienced the feelings of being left out.
Try the "self-esteem" forum. It is a pretty "loose" forum. You can definitely be yourself there.

I'm afraid that the dwindling number of participants has a spiralling effect. I'm imagining a shy newcomer who finds a small gathering of close friends more intimidating than a large party where all number of groups and conversations are present and where being inconspicuous is easier than in a small group. When I was new here it was easy to slip into the crowd, so to speak, and pick and choose the trial encounters until I felt safe.

Yes, I imagine so.
It's sad really.
I mostly hang out on Psychology, and we're always thrilled to see new posters there, because they have new stories and new ideas and new issues to consider.
This is the end of the thread.
