Since the weather is bad here and from weather channel says also seems pretty bad elsewhere I decided from lack of places to go to stay home and I checked the boards some not used since Feb or earlier. And I heard a lot of babblers have left is this true or are they lurking. Thought there would be others per Bob joining for studies or other reasons. Is it true that a lot have left for other boards? I don't think there would be any real way to know that, would there? I'm not sure exactly what it means to "leave" an internet message board, except if a person *never* returns, I guess...

In this case for instance no posts on self-esteem since Febuary. I think some of the Threads on babbles admin have indicated that some do not want to come back. Without using names When's the last time some posters that frequented boards have posted there? Social in particular. Just trying to figure it out. Phillipa

I think maybe there's not always an answer. So many things contribute to it, you know? Some of it may be your perception. I've noticed a few new people on social, maybe try reaching out to them? Of course, you're always good at that!

Oh, and one other thing, there are ALWAYS people lurking! You wouldn't believe the number of people who have told me they were following my posts when they never actually posted anything. A lot of people lurk.
