best tts (text to speech) software, website

what is the best online (tts) text to speech website (cut, paste and let read)and what is the best software?

it would be quite practically to cut and paste text from a website (eg. posts) into a text box and let read a nice voice in different languages what it is written.

what I have found out is that there is plenty of tts (pts) software. from costless to expensive, from bad to very good quality. But I am not an expert in that field and not completely up to date concerning that matter. nevertheless I will tell you when I'd have found something perfect like costless, very good quality etc...

maison Bourbon? - that remembers me of the famous Bourbon king family
