I remember when Dr. Bob used to line up guest experts for the board. It used to liven things up a bit, and change the playing field.

I remember when Larry Hoover was a great poster here with so much knowledge and insight. But then he left, he had enough of PB.

I've been with PB since 2003. The interface is the same now as it was then. Maybe a new user interface would attract new members.

I remember when there were threads of funny stories - KarenKay!!, what a great writer of fantasy, hilarious situations with an imaginary Dr Bob.

I remember when there were more boards and each had activity, even if sporadic.
I especially miss the Writing board. Such talents were displayed there. Poetry, anecdotes, each wrought with sensitivity and their own emotion.

In reply to Re: An 'I remember' when PB was (had) kindness (nm), posted by Justherself54 on January 8, 2011, at 12:32:18
There is still a lot of kindness on board. Look in psychology where there is so much support for each other. The med board, where others try to solve the poster's med problems. Or in social, where people really care about others problems.
You don't have to look far to see the kindness. Not far at all.
This is the end of the thread.
