5htp and SJW for bipolars

Hi All,

Can any of you bipolars tell me if 5HTP and/or St. John's Wort have had sustained AD benefit for you? With or without a mood stabilizer?

Litium orotate may help you alot!! its not the drug type lithium its the mineral, like in calcium and magnesium. I have herd some fantastic things about it for bipolar!!
