I have seen some information that it might be possible, using Ginseng for vitality, could be toxic in the body after continued use. Does anyone here know the answer to this question?????

Not 100% on this one but remember reading that panax ginseng has a few contraindictaions (specially for men if my memory serves me correctly) and that Siberian Ginseng is by far the better Ginseng to take and alleviates these problems.
Never heard any negative remarks about siberian ginseng with long term use either.

NO, merely a long term sufferer who has read up on and used many herbs/supplements.
