Serenity is just the brand name of lithium orotate, and is the most expensive form of it. It costs $39.99 plus postage... you can get the same thing for $12.20 plus postage (for 200 pills, not the 90 that Dr. Nieper will sell you as Serenity); you may or may not prefer the capsule form, which you can find for $11.90 for 120 capsules. My friends and I have tried both, and noticed differences between the pills and capsules; subjectively, most of us feel the capsules work better.
