> Okay, first of all, please do not post anything about the dangers of marijuana and its harm in people with psychiatric conditions, or ANYthing not pertinent to my question below. i don't want to hear it. Let me just say this: i like alcohol and other substances much more than cannabis nowadays, and i use alcohol much much more than weed. However, i strongly believe that cannabis should be legal before alcohol is, for the latter is far far worse for society than the former. But enough of that. On to my question...
>
> Do any of you think that there is anything i can use along with cannabis to relieve or prevent any of the following negative effects: horrendous word recall and articulation (much worse than for most people when high), extreme self-consciousness, anxiety, negative thinking & ruminating leading to occasionally profound depression, and badly poor motor skills (not that big a deal)?
> i know it might sound stupid that i would even want to use cannabis if i experience these kinds of effects, and oftentimes i don't or want to quit for a long time (until i get happier and my life more in order), but cannabis just offers such a nice & unique way of bonding with people, and it gives me such profound & unique & interesting thoughts and perspectives on things, that i would really like to keep using it on occasion.
> Any help/advice/suggestions would be most appreciated.

<<<<<< This might be a silly thing to post, but I just wanted to say that if you are good at searching in the archives I saw something in there that is totally relevant to this. I had meant to remember it, because it had been so simple and do-able or something. Pot has been a nonissue for me because it usually does too many of the things you mention to be worth it. Yet I wouldn't mind addressing that so I could partake occasionally.

Maybe you can find it. Sorry!

Thanks. i'll look for that. (nm) » spoc
