I read somewhere that SAMe and ADs made you feel better. Not sure why. I'm assuming a synergistic or bolstering effect. Anyway, I've been on 10-20 mg of lexapro since June, but I really needed an extra boost this week so I finally got around to picking up SAMe.
Noticed something immediately. In fact, two women I work with asked what I knew that everybody else didn't! And today I've been enjoying myself for no reason. Just happy to be alive or something.
Anybody else have similar experiences? Of course I could just be happy that Thanksgiving means two whole days off work.

> hI'm glad you discovered such a nice effect from the combination. Be cautious of irritability, as it might signal excessive stimulation from the interaction of the two, over time.
It would be wise if you made sure you took at least a multivitamin every day, as SAMe supplements do increase the need for vitamins overall.

Larry and others.
The SAMe was nice for a day or two but I now suspect that the prospect of time away from work was the real thrill.
Oh well.
I take a lot of vitamins every day anyway but I'll bear that in mind.
