CONFUSED! How much lithium orotate should I take??

Hi,
I finally received my lithium orotate in the mail.. I've been searchin the messages and I still have no idea as to how much lithium to take.. I suffer from severe bipolar depression and responded to as low as 600 mg of lithium carbonate in the past...

I've started at 9/day too! But it seems like alot! (nm)
