I tried one of these capsules for the first time the other day. the effects were great initially, but after a couple hours I got a headache and mild nausea. after I dosed again, my headache became worse and the nausea became quite bad, and I rarely get nausious.
was it the L-theane, or the picamilion?
thanks!

Hi there
Picamilone made me uncomfortable, I forget exactly how, especially at higher doses. Theanine was much better, but is expensive...in the doses I took.

L-Theanine....at least 400mg/d. Picamilone is so long ago I forget. Some sense of irritation and unease at higher doses. That would be what is referred to as the stimulating effect, perhaps.

You shouldn't take more than 50mg of picamilon in a 6 hour period, otherwise it could become extremely agitating. Some people get great results with only 20mg tid, or 50mg bid.
