Anyone else experience this?
Anyone know if there's a rationale for this effect?
I seems to have determined a cause and effect relationship for me and it is specific to B vits. I can't reconcile or find the reason. My body chemistry being weird does not seem to be a good enough answer for me.
Any ideas?

I don't know but that's too weird becuase about 7 weeks ago, I started Mannatech products and the vitamins are loaded with B vitamins.
I also have night sweats lately. I just chalked it up to this weird lupus.
Maybe there is a connection?? Or maybe both are bodies are weird? ha!

I've been weird with additions. Of late, I appear to tolerate my RX stuff better than suppliments, vits, and minerals... quite strange. Most folks can take cupfuls of stuff. Not me.

I found B vitamins disturbed my sleep. B6 is involved in the formation of various neurotransmitters and may be stimulating anyway in the pyridoxine form. Could it raise your body temperature or otherwise agitate your sleep, I duuno. No B vitamins after lunch for me now.

Thankfully my sleep is not really disturbed by the mild night sweats with the new multi vit I'm currently using. While the B vit content is just RDA level, I do wake up slightly sweaty in the AM. I am trying to tolerate it and see with the low amounts if things will adjust over time. If not, I'll just drop it. It's really not a big deal to me. I just like the thought of using a multi vit.
